The Omega MCU Systems ProtoPro-B shield prototyping system provides a simple, consistent and effective method to for you to design, test and build your shield projects.

The basis of the system is a  PCB that supports the latest Arduino shield pin-out and has a foil pattern that matches a 170 point mini-breadboard along with some additional pads that can be used for connectors, headers or additional components. All the Arduino signals are clearly identified on the top-side silk screen.  This board is available in two kit configurations.

The Build Kit is just the base PCB and bottom-side headers to give you an inexpensive way to build a permanent version of your final design.  Since the foil pattern matches a mini-breadboard, it's a cinch to transfer the layout.   Only $2.95

The Design Kit includes a 170 point mini-breadboard, top-side female headers for making jumper connections to the Arduino signals and bottom-side male headers for plugging it into the Arduino shield base.  It allows you to quickly breadboard your design, test the functionality and make quick changes as required without having to get out a soldering iron.    Only $5.95
